Behavioral Healthcare Professions sought:

• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)

• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)

• Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW)

LPC/LMFT/LMSW Details

• Full Time Schedules 

• Primarily Monday through Friday schedule

• Some weekends may be required

• 8 hour shifts available 

• Contract Position

LPC/LMFT/LMSW Duties

• Assess patients and clients for mental health conditions, emotional disorders, or addiction disorders

• Create tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ well being

• Coordinate with social service providers to secure resources for clients

• Provide counseling services to individuals or small groups

• Maintain client records

• Perform other job duties as assigned

LPC/LMFT/LMSW Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution

• Licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing

• 1+ year of relevant Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) experience

LPC/LMFT/LMSW Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of casework methods, techniques, and their applications to work problems

• Knowledge of the principles of human growth and behavior, basic sociological and psychological treatment and therapy practices

• Knowledge of interviewing skills and techniques

• Ability to express ideas effectively, orally and in writing

• Ability to use interviewing skills and techniques effectively

• Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions
